Today in assembly a group of Grade 4 Green team members shared their own interpretation of the story, Winston of Churchill, One Bear's Battle Against Global Warming. We learned that we can all make a difference in ending global warming. Today the Green Team has challenged us to turn out the lights for the afternoon to save energy. Tomorrow we will be on 'litter patrol', Wednesday we will be focussing on recycling, on Thursday we will try and use less water and on Friday we are encoureaged to walk or bike to school. Well done Green team. Thanks Caoimhe and Emily for creating the video below.
The Green team did a great play!! I will know to turn all the lights when I leave a room!!
Did you know that if everybody turned off their tapes when there brushing their teeth, it would save 86 Olympic pools!!
Did you know that if everybody turned off their lights when they leave a room then they would save 3 billion money !!!

In Comox, where I used too live, they didn't meter the water, but here they do! This makes all of us more aware of the water we use. The small thing that I am going to do is make sure that I turn of all the lights when I leave the room and house. -Charlotte-

Dear Emily and Caoimhe,
You did a great job creating this video. I loved the funny sounds because you never knew when they were coming.I think that only putting clips of the video in was good because it really got to the point and still wasn't
like a speach. Good job.

The video is fantastic! The sound effect when the book started was hilarious! I hope you can make more videos that are that entertaining!

Hi 4J,
I really liked the play you put together! It was splendid! I love the section where you open the book and then the sound effects go BOOM or something like that!
I think the kindergartens liked the section where you said "I want ice! Ice is nice!"
